As vessels may transfer from one Classification Society to another during their service life, this process must be handled in strict alignment with IACS Procedural Requirement 1-A (PR 1-A) to maintain safety, structural integrity, and regulatory compliance. The course explains each step of the transfer process, outlines the roles of involved parties, and highlights key technical and administrative requirements, helping participants ensure a seamless and transparent transition.
