RINA receives the 2024 DE&I Award for Inclusion

Another recognition of our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

We took part in the latest edition of Diversity Day - an event dedicated to inclusion - held at the Politecnico di Milano, Italy, on May 30th.  

The event's main goal was to bridge the gap between disability and the workforce, facilitating direct contact between companies and candidates.

Key speeches included a presentation by the Ministry for Disabilities, highlighting the importance of workplace inclusion and the recognition of everyone’s talents. Additionally, several industry experts shared best practices and successful case studies, providing an overview of the challenges and opportunities related to workplace inclusion.

A notable addition to the 2024 edition of Diversity Day was the inclusion of solutions for neuro-inclusion, thanks to the collaboration with NeuroSive and Divergo, who introduced tools and technologies to support people on the autism spectrum and with neurodiversity, ensuring an accessible experience for all participants.

Participating in these events and receiving the 2024 DE&I Award confirms the significance of our commitment and strengthens our determination to foster an inclusive corporate culture that promotes the integration of individuals from protected categories.
