Every oil tanker of 150 gross tonnage and above and every ship of 400 gross tonnage and above other than an oil tanker shall be provided with an Oil Record Book Part I (ORB Part I). Participants will acquire an overview and understanding of the MEPC.1/Circ.736/Rev.2 requirements and a solid comprehension of the proper entries to be made in the ORB Part I, through practical examples (case studies).
