This course offers valuable insights into the practical implementation and auditing of TMSA 3 requirements, covering all aspects of daily operations, and following the Key Performance Indicators as well as the Best Practices established by OCIMF

The course enables participants to gain both theoretical knowledge and practical insights for interpreting the requirements established by the Elements addressed by TMSA 3. During the course, each element will be thoroughly examined.

- TMSA 3 Overview: Introduction to the OCIMF Tanker Management and Self-Assessment (TMSA) system

- Vetting Inspections: Applicability and main requirements
